I'm not a runner but my friend is and she has done a 5K while preggo. She was running every day up to getting pregnant and ran after getting preggo until she reached her 3rd trimester. She said it was hard at the end. I would talk it over with your doctor and listen to your body.

I've lost 16 pounds of the 30 I put on during my pregnancy. Baby is 1 week old. I am planning on being 20 pounds down by the end of March so I need to lose 4 pounds this month.

Birth story: Had fairly painful contractions through the night but they were very spread out. Starting around 6am the contractions were coming every 15 to 10 minutes. At 7:16 my water broke. It was amazing! The best birth I have had. I laboured for 3 hours about half of that in the water. 5 pushes and he was here. My 10 year old son was actually in the water with me and caught the baby on the way out. The whole experience was so wonderful. I will post my birth story in a minute.

you need to have a photobucket (or something like it) account. When you put pictures on there you can make them smaller (400 and 500 seems to be the size that work best on here). Use the link from there to post here but change the IMG at the beginning and ends of the link to small letters.
