I did not lose much weight when I did the insanity the 1st time but I did lose 1 pants size and have more upper body muscle mass. I did not follow the Insanity nutrition. I think I did not eat enough so this time I eat 1800 cal as insanity suggested.

I have Timex and it does over calculate. I use this website to recalculate my calorie with Vo2Max = 40

Nooooooooo Your input calorie shoud not be below your BMR cal. If you do go below the BMR for too long, you body will try to adjust to survive so it would reduce your metabolism then you will stop lose weight and may even gain weight (ex yoyo diet). As long as you body feels fine, you can work out every day. For weight lifting, you should not work out the same muscle group every day so you body has time to build more muscle mass.

Max plyo: HRM 155 max 175. I forgot to stop the watch before the cool down. I puked today :). It's good thing I did not have any solid food in my stomach. The whole week I was so weak, not enough sleep. I felt lots better after yesterday work out and definitely I feel awsome today.

That would not bother me because it's none my biz. Max interval- HRM 155 max 175 I did not feel so good today I do it in lower intensiy than normal. I still could do as fas as them for on the floor work out for the push up.
