For start, write a daily journal to express how you feel. Write daily even just one line at a time. I used to suppress my pain, ignore my problem, write down everything I feel every day , does help me a lot.

When I sit on the sofa, my sweet little maltese would stay on the floor. When I'm on the floor, doing my abs work out, he would lay on the floor next to me. He wants me to pet him. Since I keep doing the work out, now he get used to it. All he wants is lay next to his mommy on the floor.

I don't follow the insanity schedule. I'm doing low carb/high protein diet so I only do insanity for refeed days. Usually I do insanity 3 times a week. I lose1 size of pants and this new pants is getting more lose. I did not lose much weight. It meant I just lose fat not my lean muscle mass. Whooohooo!. I think the result…

My taylor does the adjustment. If I move my scale to another location or just a inch, I do the light tap and it would adjust back to 0. I do weight myself almost every day but I don't believe the scale if it said I gained 2 lbs overnite but I do believe it when it said I lose 2 lbs :)

Of course you burned more calorie on the tread mill. The calorie on the bike machine is over calculate. I don't trust those gym machines at all. I worked my butt off on Stepmaster. and the eliptical machine still burned more calorie.

Yes it does. For me a high/moderate intensity work out over 15 minutes does it for me, also outdoor walking/hiking (walking in treadmill won't do the trick). Also you should look into meditation and deep breathing techniques. It would help you to be conscious what's going in your mind and can control the mind better.

LOL, I felt the same way when I got my HRM. The highest HRM I has is 187 when 220 - 47 = 173. I do try to slow back down once I hit 185+ tho.
