If you have to do both in the same session, do WL 1st so you will burn most of the carb then do cardio. This way you will burn more fat. Also you need all your strength so you can lift heavy weight. I used to go at least 6 times a week but since I'm doing beachbody video at home. I only go 2-3 times for my hip hop classes. I think I'll start to go again on the weekend event if I'm just there for the hot tub :). I've been eating real bad over the weekend and somehow whenever I go to gym I don't want eat junk food.

Actually I don't eat out or buy junk food as much as before so I do save money. I bought frozen chicken breasts and it cost like $2.10 a pound. or I buy sale meat and freeze them. I always sensitive about the smell but now I don't like the smell of something, I would threw up if I don't get out of there and the last time, I feel like choking. I agreed that you should talke to your doctor about cig smell. It may has something to do with your brain.

I also like chocolate mint ice cream gum from extra. I chew gums to release stress. Also it keeps my mouth busy so I don't eat junk food. Of course it also burns some calorie (not much).

Max Intervals, HRM 161 Mx 176 I pushed myself to the limit today. Still I could not do the full comple work out as fast as them. Well anything that I have to do on the floor - push up, thrust jump...I still have to do in slower pace.

Pure cardio, HRM 168 Max 184 I were supposed to do MAx cardio but I was afraid to do it because I could not handle the last time I did it and my left knee is discomfort, probalby I jump high on Plyo.

I can wear my short that I could not zip up last summer. I'm way stronger than when I was in my 20s and I can run so fast.

Max plyo, avg hrm 161 max 180 I thought it's going to be the hardest out of the bunch but it was actually durable. Maybe because I have more than 3 days off from insanity.

I don't their burger. The meat is too soft but I like their chicken nuggets, hot fudge, apple pie. In general, I'll go there if I want to get some dessert. I used to eat sausage egg mcmuffin but I stop. Wendys fries is way better.

The same way they train athletes or your PE classes, Run, jump, jumping rope, ski, sprint, jumping jack, push up. The movement are short,, you move in your own speed as long you have the correct form

It woud be an awsome combination since I love both of them. I'm doing Insanity right now. After I'm done I may do this Hydrid also. I think I have enough upper body training from insanity. I did not feel that I lose any musle mass from upper body but I do feel I need to do extra weight lifting for the lower body.

Pancake! 5 egg whites, 2 scoops of protein powder, 1 tspoon of baking powder Optional-vanilla, flax seed powder. Blend egg white until it's at least triple the size, mix the rest in and cook them. I eat them with SF syrup. Can of tuna with 1/4 of greek yogurt.

Max cardio condition, avg HR 165, H HR 180 This workout is harder than intervals work out event tho my heart rate did not go up as high as yesterday. I actually skipped some of the push up set. They have more movement than the intervals. Also I ate low carb yesterday . Another awsome work out.

That's what I got! sprint right? Quite a few people told me they like my shoes. My left knee is not strong. I use them for my step class and other hight impact work out and I stop having knee pain.

Just use MFP high aerobic. It's quite close to my HRM. I did Max intervals yesterday, burned 645 cal.

I did the 1st Max Intervals today. Ave HRM 162 Highest 187 Tho I could not do all the exercise, it was doable. I expected it would be as bad as the 1st time I did 1/2 hour beg insanity, it was not bad.
