I think it is good for you and also prevent breast cancer. How do you eat flax seed power? I tried to add them to my food and only can digest 1,2 T and that's it

What kind of work out? I do high intensity cardion and after I want food. Exercise in the morning give me more energy all day long.

Beside lose weight there is also health benefits (google alternate day diet by Dr Johnson). IF also train me to have more will power when it comes to junk food and get in touch with my body so I know when I'm truely hungry or just emotion hunger.

I got tired just from watching max interval plyo video. I think I'm going to either puke or pass out when I start to do that work out.

Pure cardio, min HRM 158, max 180. I still can't handle this work out yet, still have to stop a few times. Next time, I will eat some food before the work out.

Once a week or every other week. When I start on a new diet or a new workout routine, I would weight more often.

Depend on individual. See someone who is about my age or older with beautiful muscle and strong, athlete body does motivate me because that's who I want to look like.

Eat low carb or eat as a diabetic and you will lose weight. Exercise so you feel good about yourself but don't force yourself to go on the treadmill if you don't want too. I did Cardio power & resistance today. My knees in the last 2 work out did not get sored any more. In fact I don't get sored nor pain any where in my body. I still do low impact. I rather jump faster than higher.

It's none of your business! I have a sister she gained so much weight because of her medication and other complication. It breaks my heart when I see how some people look at her or treat her badly.

Add more cardio HIIT, interval work out. Do 1 full body weight lifting a week just to maintain your muscle. I wish I can only just lose inches then I know for sure I don't lose any muscle mass. It's hard for women to gain any muscle mass .. I want to be strong - a lean mean machine.

Soak your feet with epsom salt, massage your poor feet after. Walk and land the heel down first.

I like to take a nap after a long hike or bike ride If I do a short high intensity work out at night, then I have problem to go sleep I don't think any problem to take a nap after the work out.
