Cardio power & resistance. Ave HR: 155 Highest Hr: 173 1st day of PSMF, I did not enough energy to do the work out, did not eat enough carbs. I really like Insanity. Looking for to do it more regular when I finish with my diet.

This is for advance. If you had done of cardio work out in moderate/high intensity, you will love it otherwise I suggest Turbo Fire. Do both. You should do heavy weight lifting so you build more muscle (6-8 reps) and then when you do light weight (12-15 reps), you will burn more weight. P90X and Chalean Xtreme was created base on this concept. Most of the fat loss are on phrase 3 of the program.

Chocolate milk is the best recover drink. It has a good ratio for carb and protein. If you want eat some simple carb, after the weight lifting work out is the best time to eat because it will go straight to your muscle . You don't need it for cardio unless you had over 1/2 hour of high intensity work out.

Insanity! it's a killer work out. I grab for air even on the resistance work out. The 1st month, the work out is only 40 minutes including the warm up and cool down.
