I don't care what others wears at the club but I have problem with people who don't clean up after themself -don't clean equipment, don't put back the weights, get in the hot tub and pool without taking a shower with full of make up or wear their dirty filthy work out clothes.

Congrats! 2 pants size and barely lose any lean muscle mass. That''s so awsome. I have no problem with the work out but the diet. Did you follow the calorie suggestion from nutrition and what is your macros.?

7 lb. Unless I lose 10 lb on the scale. I don't get so excited when my scale went down for couple lb.

Cycling is the best. It actually relief my knee pain. I wear dancing shoes for my zumba class. Those shoes have spin spots so it's easy to spin and easy on your knees. Also try to do exercise to strengh the muscle around the knee area.

I stop my HRM when I stop the work out before my cool down stretch.

Insanity is only for 2 months. I'm doing insanity. I go to heath club to do heavy weight lifting for my legs since insanity does not have enough, use pool area hot tub, swimming, sauna for relaxation... hot tub feels so good after insanity.

Asylum, is it harder than insanity since it's only 1 month long. I'm on week 1 on insanity, Cardio recovery. It's an easy one. HR is only 107.

How about the heart rate? Maybe this time your heart rate went up? Also your V02 Max, your watch calculate it for you or you have to enter manual/

Buy 1 tight short or capris. It will keep you stick to your diet. Agree thrift store is the way to go.

I used to take before go to sleep since I don't like to take pills in general. But I read some vitamins digest better with meal so now I take them all after the 1st meal.

Even my hip hop class and insanity burns almost the same calorie amount but it's not the same. After insanity my body is sored for a while and I can feel that I'm building more muscle mass specially the upper body. After hip hop class, it takes more less time to recovery than insanity.

beside leaking calcium from your bones? Coke zero and lemonade is the only sodas I drink tho.

I would just cut down the calorie and do only 15 minutes of low intensity cardio work out if you don't feel pain.
