Thanks everyone! So much great advise and ideas. I believe it's a combo of not having the right shoe and I'm running too often for my size (I weigh over 400 lbs). Once I heal....I'll cut it back to 3days a week and get me a great pair of shoes fit for me! :wink:

My advice would be to work out with low weights and do more reps to develop lean muscle....if you want to bulk up then use heavier weights and do fewer reps. =)

Hi, I cook only for me and my hubby so all the recipes I post on my blog http://angelasbestbites.blogspot.com/ are for two people if you want to go check them out. They are all low calorie recipes and I put the calories at the bottom of each one so it's easy peesy. No worries...I ain't selling nothing...I'm just a Fat girl…

To Knitwit0704....I started my first week by running for 30 seconds...then walking for 3 minutes...then I repeated that 7 times.
