Get on the elliptical. Typically, for me, jumping on there for 30 min at a moderate resistance and incline (usually 6-8) I burn right around 350-380 calories.

I don't know that its that great for you.. but its low-cal-- the Jello chocolate pudding 60-cal packs are amazing good! Also, when I was talking to a trainer at the Y, she said a great way to get the last bit of your calories in, if you need them, is to mix up some chocolate milk :)
