think about what you are asking... you want to work a muscle to make it smaller... that is totally the opposite or what exercise is meant for. if you want to reduce the size of your calves go on one of those fad diets that make you lose weight and muscle mass quickly

go for a jog/walk in the evening after dinner do some core work and body weight exercises. i would assume you dont have any equipment at home or your wouldnt be asking this question. what i usually do when my gym is closed is go to another gym and get a guest pass and use that. sometimes its free and some times it cost…

call me crazy but it ain't the water that is making you pee in the middle of the night. if you said you were peeing more throughout the day then yes it would probably be the increase in water. judging from my own experience once i got in better physical condition i stopped going to the bathroom in the middle of the night

abs are made in the kitchen not with some 6 week dvd... yes your core will probably get stronger but if what you put in your mouth ain't tight you wont see that six pack you are looking for. good luck

actually it doesnt bmi is based on weight and height. losing inches means you are lowing your % fat which means you are getting leaner and in my opinion that is always better than dropping numbers on a scale

yes they work some work better than others but you would be served best to leave them alone because once you come down off of them you will just blow up. you best bet is to eat properly and train hard and then over time you will achieve you goals
