Yes but in smaller sizes it is a lot easier to find things on clearance or sale! It won't take long to replace that waredrobe. Keep up the great work

Take a break from the scale- it could be salt, water- that time of the month, who knows. If it is not your friend, then get away. You have the right attitude, and in time, the results will come as well. Good luck

If you belong to a gym, go to the classes they offer and mix it up- spin, step, yoga etc. This is a great kick start to your metabolism- and then set up a weight routine. Good luck

I hated veges, didn't love clean, preparing fruit and absolutely love cards! I never frank diet pop so when I gave up regular I decided there was no point in switching to something with less calories but more bad things- aspertame, etc/ Give it all up if you can

These seem like everyday activities so I would not log them.

I love to watch TV and at night I would walk around the room with my pedometer on while watching my favourite show- sometimes a hour would go by before I knew it. If I was tired, I would take a break a commercials

My 14 yr old daughter has been a vegetarian for over 1yr now- really a pain in the butt! However, if its works then so be it. Good Luck! When I was losing, I wore what I had even if it meant a saggy butt. Just think of all the things you can buy when you are done. You should be able to find some clearance capris if you can wear those to work- and you can wear those right into Nov (depending where you live)

Input every morsel of food you eat and do not eat all of your exercise calories and you will do eat. Make sure you eat you required number of calories. Good Luck

Drink a lot of water before he arrives and then drink Light beer- Canadian 67 has become a favourite, Vodka water always works too, but not for me. Bring out a vege platter to snack on or pretzel sticks
