I HATE ROLLERCOASTERS!!!!

I keep gaining and losing the same freakin 3LBS, so just like a rollercoaster, I'm up and down!!! (Hey, that rhymed maybe I should give up the healthy lifestyle change thing and see if I have better luck becoming a Rapper!)
Anyway, something is not right and I am so angry, tried, frustrated and ready to give up. I log everything I eat, good, bad or indifferent and I exercise(maybenot everyday, but I do good at least 3 times a week for an hour, sometimes more), but I am GAINING weight!!! What the hell am I doing wrong????????????????
I already know I'm NOT giving up, I know to just hang in there and maybe it will change, I know that I need to up my exercise and see if that makes a difference, I know that I eat processed sugar (but it is minimal, so I think). I have upped my calories, because I thought this was the problem, well obviously not, then I lowered my sodium intake, I drink plenty of water, at least 64oz a day and I had the nerve to gain weight. I am so not in a good place right now, I just want to get under my covers and never come out. I am so sick of the little weight loss thing on my diary telling me in 5 weeks I will weigh 181lbs, well its been 2 months and I ain't even nowhere near that, so that is very misleading.
Why is this happening to me? I am putting forth a great effort to do all the right things, although I don't always get it right, I am very honest in my efforts, because being dishonest hurts no one but me. Anyway this is just me venting, not me giving up, not me trying to make myself feel better with food, although that thought has crossed my mind, I would love to have a 5 GUYS Double Cheeseburger and Fries with a full sugar Pepsi, but I won't. I will just continue to try to do better and hope I see some progress. But it better happen soon or else I may be headed down the wrong path. If this a plateau I was no where near ready for it, but damn, do you gain weight on a plateau? Today is just not a good day, because low and behold I step on the scale and seems as though I have gained another pound ~ WTH????

How is your sodium intake? If it is too high it can cause you to retain water0

Take a break from the scale- it could be salt, water- that time of the month, who knows. If it is not your friend, then get away. You have the right attitude, and in time, the results will come as well. Good luck0

Don't weigh every day. Water changes will make the scale appear to be a roller coaster.
You have already lost 37lbs, so you have been doing something right.
Maybe you have to switch up your excercise routine. It doesn't have to be harder, just different.
A heart rate monitor to check your REAL calorie use, instead of what mfp calculates for you, might help.
Don't give up, and set a weight goal at which you will treat yourself to that burger you are craving. Otherwise, what's the use of loosing weight if you can't enjoy yourself once in a while.0
