I'm on day 36, and it has definitely gotten harder. Those drop sets are no joke. Loving it though!

Love them! I have back problems too, but so far, so good.

I'm trying to lose, and I drink at least one a day, because I'm lifting. Just fit it into your calorie goal and you're fine.

Definitely agree with the giving yourself time. You need to recoup and let your body re-adjust afterwards. I started by taking walks with the family, and then dove into the gym 2 months pp. It's still hard to get up and go to the gym after getting a restless night's sleep, but I find it much harder to wait until the end of…

Yes! Kids' names are great, but nothing else! I was with my last husband for almost ten years. Got his signature and our anniversary date tattooed on my chest. That's right, last husband, as in not my current one. Now I'm stuck with this on my chest. He's even worse off, because now he has my name, signature, and portrait…

I started new meds a couple of months ago. At first, they made me have a ridiculous appetite and cravings like mad. Once I stared eating better and eliminated the sweets, my appetite leveled out.

I have half of a chocolate whey protein shake on the way there, the other half on the way home. Then breakfast.

Unfortunately these are the best pics I have. It doesn't show the top part of my full sleeve (it's a peacock/phoenix hybrid). I also have my calves done, and some on my back, as well as some misc. here and there. No idea the amount of time. The full sleeve was about 4 hours sessions, and probably about six of them (it's…

My gym is small, and actually only has the power rack as an option for benching, so that works

I've been doing free weights for a month now. Just hit phase 2 of the program, so it's just progressing.

Okay, thanks for the advice! I have a messed up left shoulder as it is, so good to know.
-
Yeah, I'm following Jamie Eason's program, and she said to use the Smith for the incline press. So I just did both on it. That, and I wanted to get a feel for it before going all out and using the normal bench press

Anyone feel free to add me. The more the merrier :)
