I hear ya on those last few! I plateaued for like 2 months and just decided to bulk... lol, not my best idea. :P You think 1300 is too little, check my diary out... :/

Damn, I've heard insanity is just ridiculous. lol, my buddy is doing it and he absolutely dreads it... I'm not even gonna try, i couldn't get past the first day of p90x. The gym is just so much more familiar/comfortable to me. Good luck though! :)

I try not to drink while dieting, but it happens sometime. once or twice a month is my limit.

I'm a low carber generally... How does that effect your work shift if you don't mind me asking? I imagine a turkey burger or protein shake would suffice no matter what the time.

That's tricky... Pretty girl like you could probably do whatever and still look great. I'm going to have to go with either short and straight, or long and curly... Lotta help there, right?! lol, sorry. :P

I'm opposite, on days I'm active... I have like no desire to eat. I force a couple protein shakes down throughout the day to make sure I hit my protein macro.

FF Cottage cheese is a great bed time snack, sugar free jello too! Though fruit is healthy, I would advise against carbs, especially sugar. Messes with your insulin levels and will effect your body's ability to burn fat as efficiently. But if that apple just sounds irresistible, then eat your apple. lol ;)

I'm seeing a lot of great suggestions... My personal opinion, give yourself a cheat day, and enjoy your camping. ;) A cheat day can revitalize the metabolism, help jump start it. :)

I respectfully disagree with the above post. 1000 under isn't harmful in the least. Fasting is a common practice for kick-starting the metabolism.... People can do it for a week with absolutely no negative side effects, with the exception of a little brain fog from the lack of carbs. So going under, even by quite a bit, is…

Well, I gained it back for a few reasons... I was trying to bulk up a bit, muscle-wise. In addition to that it was the holidays, and I turned 21 shortly there after... Next year I'm going to approach things differently, that's for sure! lol

Don't eat. lol, under eating every once in a while won't hurt you. Just think, that's an extra 1000 cals toward that 3500 for a pound of fat lost. ;)
