  • Mine will do that but some times will adjust but a few pounds. And mine is a new scale too. So annoying! So I've started just taking the first weight too. But it is really weird! :noway:

  • I have been watching my calories and not going over at all. But for the past couple of days I have been gaining weight. And llike almost a pound a day. I'm wondering what I might be doing wrong. It's not my time of the month or anything. I'm just getting really frustrated. Please help! :sad:

  • My scale has said I've gained a pound a day for the last 3 days. I'm still being really strict with my calories so I don't understand. Do you think I could be gaining a pound a day or it might be my scale? It's discouraging either way! :noway:
  • Man those of you who set ten pound goals for your self rock! I set little one and two pound goals for myself. If I had to wait for ten pounds I'd get discouraged. But maybe I'll get there to longer goals. :wink:
  • This time I'm trying something different....I'm doing little mini goals. I give myself two goals a week one on Monday and one on Friday.
