  • I log it as it's own thing. I just type in Bar Method and set it to 300 calories for 60 minutes. Based on some blogs I've read where girls actually have checked their calories burned from class, I felt like it was safe to grab one of the lower numbers in their averages. My friend logs it as Pilates.

  • I do Bar Method and I love it. I started going after my knee started bothering me from running. If there is a studio near by, go try it out. They tend to offer a free or discounted class for new students first time and they will work with you and any injuries to ensure you are doing the exercise safely and effectively.
