when you feel like eating emotionally maybe you could go for a walk around the block or town buy a bike and go for a ride. Start to do some chores instead. one of the reasons we eat is because there is nothing else to do. If you occupy your mind and hands with something, you will be less likely to eat

Dont worry too much about it re read your post I wouldnt recommend anything be eaten everyday forever. Switch it up oatmeal, cereal, eggs, pancakes, use whatever you like just know your portions and stick to them eggs can create cholesterol problems if you eat them everyday try to limit yourself

Exercise to earn more cals eat lean meals loaded with veggies meats that are good are pork and turkey and chicken this leaves a lot to the imagination try using wraps instead of sliced bread cut down on snacking and maybe have a protein shake for breakfast?

Homemade pizza is a lot better for you esp if you make your dough The thinner you make/order your crust the better the calories are in the dough and cheese, and of course dont go about getting a meat lovers with everything or you are just punishing your body So avoid deep dish/pan pizzas, a regular thin crust cheese or one…

dont go to bed hungry, that is what will be the cause of binging and snacking you need to eat your exercise calories!

dont go too far under on the other categories there is a healthy amount of fat and calories necessary just a warning, but steak sounds good

not usually if you are working out its probably very good dont worry about it and enjoy the other 3 categories are typically bad to go over on protein is more important (and harder) to achieve
