I think he suggested that because most doctors will tell you that. My Cardiologist suggested it to me when he wanted me to lose weight because of my Afib. The little black dress idea is a great go to outfit. You can dress it up or down; using different shoes; jewelry, scarves etc. You can never go wrong with that. Also, you can find a great looking LBD at most shops, so the price range is your choice. Good luck, hope you have a great time.:flowerforyou:
