I agree if you can't take putting the meal or the oil in your food and sauces then the capsules would be the best. I use the meal/oil added to smoothies, sauces, yogurt, vegetables,salad dressing. I eat ice cream often and without guilt! :bigsmile: I have frozen yogurt & skinny cow during the week and hit Dairy Queen, Sonic, etc. on Sunday - MY Free Day! Woohoo! Never feel guilty! Ice cream is my favorite!:tongue:

I have AFib and MS like 2 other posters. I do alot of walking and the elliptical; I enjoy both and feel okay doing them. Losing weight for me is a must because of my heart and the MS; I'll have a better quality of life for longer. Feel free to add me and any others too.:flowerforyou:

I am in the same boat - the last time I had a loss was Feb. 18! Very discouraging; but I am still here and still sticking to it.
