    Thanks for the kind words. I feel great!I still have about 75 more to go. I was excited about the fact of crossing my legs. I feel healthier. I can walk, excercise, and climb stairs without becoming short of breath. I'm in my toning stage now. I never thought I would truly enjoy workouts.
