I am 5'3 and currently 176. My goal is 135 and I hope to get there before summer '13. I am a apple shape (carry most my weight in my stomach) I wear a US size 9 or 11 jeans depending on brand, they fit in the waist but are baggy in my legs and butt :grumble: . Hoping to fit into a 5 by the time I reach my goal.

I started working out and stopped drinking for about a month and sure enough I got pregnant. My husband and I had been trying for almost 2 years with no results and as soon as I dedicated myself to losing a few pounds and eating healthy I found out I was pregnant :) My son is now 14 months. Maxwell was a german sheperd/ husky mix. Best dog in the world, I had him for 14 years until he passed away in April. I do my workouts in the morning too. I put my son down for his nap at 10 and start around 10:15, It gives me energy and if I were to wait till later in the day I tend to not get around to it because by mid day I am tired from running after a 1 year old lol

Thank you ladies!! It really helps :heart: I feel so much better now that I finished my RI30 workout. Think I am going to go out for a walk with my lil sicky boy, The suns shinning so I think some fresh air will do him and I both good.
