I am starting week three over so today will be week 3 day 1 for me! I am back on track and going to kick *kitten* the rest of the year!! I ate good last week but didn't workout very much cause my husband was off work for thanksgiving but I am ready to see some weight loss, inches lost and strength built.

Have a great thanksgiving all! Had a great workout this morning! Feels great to be back on track. Think since i have missed a few days I am going to probley extend this workout a week or two so I can get better results.

WOW! Level 3 is a killer lol I was loving that workout... I am still sweating and its been like 10 minutes :noway: I am SO happy that this is a tough level, This is exactly what I needed. Yay for level 3. I am looking forward to the next 2 weeks :drinker:

November 10th workout
Day 9 today. Almost didnt get around to doing it but I forced myself after dinner to get it done. The one thing I dislike about the weekends is that my hubby is off and always wants to just relax so I dont stay on schedule. I usually do my ripped at 11 am everyday while my son naps but bettter late then never! :smile:

Had such a busy day. Had to take 8 hours of testing at school and didnt think I was going to do the shred today because I was just so tired but as soon as I got home and seen my weights and workout clothes sitting there I had to do it!
