I also have quite a bit to lose. We can do this!!! Weighing, measuring, and recording food is a must. As for the exercise part that will come if you are not able to do it now. Remember losing weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise. We got this.

wow you look fantastic and totally different. How long did it take you to lose all of this. I would like to do the same but I guess I have to have patience. Please share some of you good advice for those of us that have lots to lose. :smile:

Hi I'm at that great age to (48). Always had more weight on than needed. Now borderline with cholesterol, b/p and sugars. I need to get this weight off. It would be really nice to have buddies to chat with along the way. Keep up the great job, you can and will do it.
