It has happened to me and yes warm up is important but it still can happen just an off day wrong grip whatever. Just keep going that's why I try to use a spotter on heavy weights but any falling on you could hurt I guess beyond pride with bruises etc. We can also walk off a curb wrong too

I have a tendency to zone out when running outside or on treadmill and unfortunately twice now I have fallen off the treadmill because it stopped and I didn't but worse was 2 trainers were right there once when I fell once. I now set an alarm before the treadmill will stop

You do look great and I agree it is hard to hear comments either direction but you have to learn to take it with a grain of salt and know what makes you feel good and healthy

I see a registered dietician and she said not to worry at all about my fruit and I have heard many other say the same thing. I am over with my protein shake in morning almost but the benefits from the fruit are great. The only ones who need to watch are those who have medical reasons like diabetics
