I am in odd position of feeling uncomfortable with weight gain and most is probably muscle but would like to loose 10-15 lbs going slow so I do not trigger myself into restricting too much I am 155 goal would be 140. Very active in gym weekdays.

Set small daily goals for both food and exercise. Trying going back to meal planning. Setting challenges for myself and rewarding myself daily for getting back on track helps me after in juries. I use things like special bubble baths, movies and yes occasional treats of eating out healthy.

I Love leg day almost all of it I feel amazing after static holds on sled with heavy weights. Mind you not completely honest hard and challenging during but within minutes accomplished and doing other strength training on legs.

It took me over a year to get level up combine calcium with vitamin D foods or supplements for better absorption. I used gummies and was taking double dose. I love squats and they can be adjusted in different forms to work different areas (smaller muscles) and adapted to protect knees etc so many variations to meet anyone needs or ability level from air squats to heavy lifting front or back squats.

Check with MD walking outside, in pool or even on treadmill all are a start. You just have to be creative think outside of the box. Talk to a trainer or a physical therapist they have good resources if you can.

can add me I do 3x week upper lower and core as well as cardio usually 5 days a week. Love lifting ( heavy is fun)and eat fairly healthy not totally clean but I also am not trying to lose but rather be healthy

I use circuit training but I am not resting much between sets other than time to get from one exercise to another. It has been close for me for about a year.
