I have had someone say "you look like you could blow away" at 210 .. yeah right!! Anyway ... I tell people I still have 60 pounds to loose when they ask how much more I want to loose. At 150 I'll be right at my recommended weight and people say "Oh no! You don't need to loose that much more!" Really, I do!

You ladies have made my night. I can still get bras at Lane Bryant because I am a 38DDD, but now I know I can go to Victoria's Secret for something besides perfume for the first time ever!! That's pretty awesome.

I grew up in south Mississippi and moved to central Mississippi. You wouldn't think that wouldn't make any difference, but the Lousianna influence and seafood from the coast is missing "up" here. I miss the king cake and cajun seafood dishes.

That's awesome! I am 217 right now (Down from 278), so I am so anxious to get under 200. I was 19 the last time I was under 200. Thanks for sharing !!!!!

I will eat fish from the freezer section that are 100 calories and a salad or soup to go with it. I try to have left overs, but that does not always work. Canned Soup Salad with canned Bumblebee tiny shrimp for some added protein.

Bumble Bee Seafoods - Premium Select Tiny Shrimp. I found it near the tuna fish and sardines. I used half of the can today and can use the other half later. They actually taste pretty good.

I smear some cream cheese on top of a graham cracker and put a few berries on top. Raspberries are my favorite. It takes like cheesecake!!! I think that would be the same as a digestive biscuite with Philadelphia soft cheese on top and then the berries.

Thank you for posting. I am in very similar shoes. I have lost 23 pounds and have 92 to go. I lost 15 pounds three years ago and kept it off, so if you like you can see my photo at the beginning, middle, and now mark.

Here are the things I eat. Maybe one or two will give you an idea: Breakfast: Oatmeal with lots of raisons, almonds or other crunchy things mixed in. I always eat late .. all day... I wake up at 8am and eat Breakfast at 10:00, snack at 12:00, Lunch at 3:00, Snack at 5:00 and dinner at 8:00. I go to bed about 12:00am. I was shocked that Vegetable Lo Mein had 1260 calories per plate but shrimp lo mein has 681. I would have never guessed!! Then the other was Olive Garden's Tour of Italy. I used to get this sometimes and found out it has 1400 calories !!!! (I never ate it all because I ate a lot of salad, but even 2/3 is 930 calories. WOW…

I like the protein the milk gives me. I like the taste it gives oatmeal too. Plus sometimes I eat fiber cereal for breakfast occasionally. I just need to know if I need to plan on cutting back sugars for the rest of the day if I choose milk in breakfast. If so, I may need to find something else for breakfast!

For me it was about removing processed foods from my diet. I still eat some carbs, but I was trying to get away from crackers and cookies for snacks. It seems like limiting carbs helps me add more protein and veggies = healthier. Now I eat snack on veggies with hummus or cheese and turkey instead of cheese-its and rice…
