Milk has a lot of sugar. I like to make oatmeal made with milk for breakfast, but it eats up the sugar fitness pal says I am supposed to have for the day. Is the kind of sugar in milk bad? Should I feel a little better about going over the sugar limit if it's because of milk and not a coke/candy bar/etc.
