What are your protein/fat/carb goals?

I looked at Mayo Clinic and it says:
Carbs 45-65
Fat 20-35
Protein 10-35

What are your goals? Please explain if you have extra protein req. because you bodybuild or something, please!

    I prefer to look at the actual grams, rather than percentages. I try to get in 1g protein per pound of LBM, and .35g fat per total pounds. I make up any leftover calories and exercise calories with carbs.

    My dietician gave me a minimum grams of protein she wants me to reach each day as my focus in macros. She nor my other doc has cared about what the percentages of my macros are.
