I'm doing BOTH DVDs 5 days a week! Onto week 2 tomorrow! Woohoo!!! :D I found level 1 of RI30 (second time around) SO easy! I didn't rest once! So proud! I know how you feel though the first time around kills you! You'll get stronger! Keep at it!

I'm currently on my phone and can't post results, but I can tell you I got a stack of definition in my abs and arms :) I'm going to do it again alongside 6w6p too see what will happen to my body. :D Goodluck, it's a tough one!

Haha thank you! But there's always room for improvement ;) I would tend to do it 5-6 days a week, I know a lot of people say don't do it everyday, but I've watched the videos and don't think it's 'unsafe' to do :)
