Jas & Tonya - NICE! Trace - :P You ARE a sick woman. I'm doing 20 crunches every time I take a break to pee... figure I should have them in by the time the afternoon's over. LOL

I've never heard of half that... I'll have to youtube it. LOL Race was ok... finished with a 16.36 pace, which is pretty good for me. Looking forward to getting back to running so I can start training to run a 5k in September.

I think that it was afternoon when I did my initial weigh in, and then I weighed first thing this morning. Maybe I'll check it again later today?

No... my carbs were typically ok, but protein was over. I'm wondering if my scale might not have been zeroed properly when I did my initial weigh in on Thursday (didn't join the Marathon Weight Loss Challenge until then). Here's to hoping next week is better.
