27 Total Carbs 16 Net carbs yesterday... all the craziness of lacrosse is winding down... I need to get my gym routine back in action. I normally do not miss many workouts, these past three weeks have been my worst in years for making the gym.

I am really bad about logging food on the weekends, but I have been really good about eating food! At lacrosse tournaments all weekend long (with a nice sunburned face to show for it) I was able to resist the festival food stand that was set up next our teams tent area... I did not even have a single fried Oreo...

If you are feeling something in your chest don't *kitten* around, get to a Dr to be checked out. As for the hunger, make sure you are getting plenty of fat, like an avocado does a great job of filling me up for a long time.

Yeah stick with diet soda or seltzer waters as your mixer... never a bad thing to have a good time

29 Carbs and 21 Net.... pretty good day. I was able to get a good lifting session in after work and just relaxed for the evening after cooking up dinner. I did lose a pound this week, which is good I guess, I was not feeling like I was going to see any loss.

38 Total carbs and 22 Net carbs. I do love having an avocado for a snack, only problem was the one I had yesterday was a little less than ripe and was kinda hard to chew, like tree bark. I hope the one I have today is a bit better.

I hope that your surgery went well... I notice if I am not eating enough good leafy greens like spinach things slow way down, that and way up the water intake.

Check out the Isopure Zero Carb Protein. I love the banana cream flavor when I buy the powder, if you get the premade stuff they have a couple different fruit punch type flavors that even have that more sports drink texture as opposed to shake type texture.

I did not log my food all weekend but I was on point staying away from carbs despite TONS of temptation in the way of beers and desserts. Yesterday I was pretty good... 34 Total and 31 net. Today might be a bit of a challenge since I am going to be crazy busy and I will need to find some sort of low carb dinner to eat on the go tonight. Any thoughts on a good dinner that is low carb and can be eaten while driving???

Total Carbs 48 Net 32 I had sauteed up some cabbage with dinner last night, and had a bit of a brain fart with how many carbs are in cabbage and ate a bit extra and the carb number got away from me. I did weigh in and lost 4lbs this past week... gotta be happy with that
