Planks, ab wheel roll outs, dead bugs, hollow holds, hanging leg raises, dragon flags, L sits That's plenty to get started.

I'm not sure what you mean by eating clean. There are a couple of variables at play. If you've restricted cards for several days and then have a heavy carb day it can cause a jump in weight. No need to panic, it's most likely water weight. If you dehydrated yourself while "eating clean" you would have lost water weight. If…

Here's a site with various pipe fittings that could be useful if you decide to design your frame yourself. https://www.growerssupply.com/farm/supplies/cat1;gs_greenhouse_building_materials;gs_quik_klamp_pipe_fittings_5.html

I've purchased a couple kettlebells on Amazon, I had some gift cards burning a hole in my pocket. I bought a CAP powder coated and another from Kettlebell Kings. Both KBs are good quality. I'm pretty sure the UPS guy hates me now.

Monitoring your HRV on a daily basis can help with sending warning signs that you're pushing too hard. I use it as a second opinion. My inner voice is often unreliable. I'm likely to push through when I should take a rest day. Having additional data helps with decision making.

I have a jungle gym XT and set of dumbells. They both have their place in my routine. I'm not sure I would pick one over the other. I suppose I would get the suspension trainer first and then start saving for dumbbells. A doorway pull up bar is an affordable (about $30) addition to a home gym. I'm unfamiliar with your…

If you have access to kettlebells the Simple and Sinister routine is a good conditioning workout. You can knock it out in less than thirty minutes. It's only two exercises, swings and Turkish get ups. I agree with the notion of morning work outs. After a long day I'm more likely to skip working out because I'm tired.

Kettlebell swings would be quiet depending on how you parked the bell between sets.

Subject consumes energy drinks all day. These energy drinks contain high amounts of caffeine. Subject drinks black coffee all day. Subject notes an irregular heartbeat. Subject self diagnoses that caffeine is not the cause of the problem. Subject wishes to consume a pre-workout which presumably contains high amounts of…

You could argue that sandbags are just as good as dumbbells or kettlebells. Heck you could even argue that gallon milk jugs or buckets filled with gravel would work just as well. What's the point of the discussion? The OP specifically mentioned training with kettlebells. The OP has purchased a bell and is getting training…

Eight weeks is a reasonable amount of time to test your TDEE. If you're not losing after carefully tracking for eight weeks you should reduce your calories. If you're losing too much you can reduce your deficit a bit. A week is a small amount of time susceptible to variances (temp water weight, dehydration, etc.).

Taking on too much at first can be discouraging. You can start slow and work your way up to a full routine. When I started the best I could do was walk around the block. I did it every day and after a few months made it to three miles every day. After that I slowly added body weight exercises and then added weights. It…

HRV is an indication of the state of the autonomic nervous system. As mentioned above it indicates if your ANS is in a sympathetic state or parasympathetic state. In simple terms it tells you, "hey you should back off a little you're kinda beat up right now" or it might say, "stop making excuses and get to work". Sorta…

I use a polar H7 heart rate monitor (chest strap) with an HRV app to track my heart rate variability. It's great for determining the need for a recovery day.

Bad idea.

How many weeks did you sustain on your first attempt? For myself it takes about six weeks to build up the habit. Once I hit that milestone I can keep going. Try setting a goal of exercising on a consistent basis for a couple of months to.establish a routine behavior.

OP started a fruit based diet last month. I'm going to guess that he ordered orange chicken at the Chinese restaurant so he didn't waver from his diet plan.

I train for pain management. I guess that falls under health.

I think a suspension trainer is a good choice for engaging the core. It's worth mentioning that TRX isn't the only option, there are plenty of other suspension trainers on the market. Woss, Jungle Gym XT and others.

Make adjustments to your diet to lose weight. Exercising twice a day doesn't seem like a sustainable plan. It wouldn't be for me.
