I have the same problem. I eat well all day, 3 meals and 2 snacks, but in the evening I start rummaging through the fridge and cupboards looking for something. I am not sure why I do this, maybe boredom, but I have to distract myself and find something to do. I now have a very clean house, well watered plants and organized…

I make a blueberry vinagrette which is so good...1/2 c blueberries, 1/4 c olive oil, 1/4 c vinegar, 1 tsp minced onion and 1 tsp sweetener, or honey, or sugar. Blend in food processor or blender.

Away for the weekend,at the lake, drinking beer and just had the most amazing fajitas, cooked on a grill over an open fire....awesome!

I make a thick yummy shake with 1 c. unsweetened vanilla almond milk, ice cubes, 1/2 c. sliced strawberries, one piece of banana (about 1/4 banana), one scoop of vanilla cream protein powder. Blend til smooth. Less than 150 cals, low fat, 16 grams of protein.
