Huge difference. Go with Whey Isolate. Highest Biological level of Protein. http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/now/whey.html (Unflavored Natural - best)

Use a good Whey Isolate instead. No lactose, and much higher biological value than pea protein. :) NOW SPORTS Natural Unflavored Whey Isolate is tops!

Ah yes, another victim of the USDA recommended low fat diet..... :(
-
Go back to regular macros. Some folks actually do a weekly Protein Fast anyway! :)

Yep - excessive running/cardio is not good. We're starting to learn this, just like the upside down food pyramid that got us into so much trouble. Lift weights moderately - not too heavy, twice a week only. :)

Set macros 15c/20p/65f. :)

You would probably handle Whey Isolate with no problems since it is lactose free. ;)

Less carbs = less hunger......

Keeping carbs under 100 grams/day will be best.

Never a cheat day, only a weekly cheat meal.

1300-1500 is not very low!

.8g per lbs of lean body weight is correct. Any formula based on total body weight will be inaccurate. Only Lean Body Mass requires Protein to build/maintain it. Fat does not.

Very! :)

Rest.

Only 1/2. Your actual burn is usually half what any device would like you to believe. :)
