  • DEFINITELY! She's great! She incorporates different walking steps, knee lifts, and small kicks, but she stresses that even just walking without all that stuff is a great workout. Her 1 mile only takes 15 min and really makes me smile.
  • I'm in, and holy moly. Finished 200 and my shoulders ache already! Not using weights because I've already done 20 min of arm work with weights, but even without them... ow.
  • I'm in, and 200 done. ... Ow.
  • Amen sister! My goodness, I feel the exact same way. I find watching movies triggers the snack urge, or playing games. Being out of the house automatically equals fast food in my head (working on this one!). I've been trying to have hot tea or celery (sooo sterotypical but I love it!) at night, and not take any cash with…
  • Weekends for me are horrible too. Partly because we're always SO BUSY, partly because hubby is home (and he tends to mess with my 'schedule'), partly because we only drink on weekends so a few beers add up... I haven't figured out a solution yet, just wanted to know you're not alone!
  • I'm bad about dwelling into the past. It never helps. Lately if I find I'm starting to do that, I'll try really hard to get involved in a task/craft/something with the kids to deflect it.
  • I am borderline and bipolar. I would love to have/get some support too.

  • Hi! I'm Ket. I'm 24 with two kids (girls 3 and 4). I live just east of Columbus. "Welcome to Ohio... now you're stuck here!" is about right. I moved from Missouri a few years ago and haven't left yet!
  • Add me! :) I'm 24 with a 4y and 3y girls. I'd love some friends! Especially any in Ohio! :D
  • I think switching would be fine, especially switching between parts of the body. Abs one day, thighs, etc. I also think switching between high and low intensity helps burn (correct me if I'm wrong!)
  • Gentle exercise helps (walking, leg stretches) but I have serious cramps so anything more than that makes me curl into a little ball.
  • I think this is one of my problems... I have no one here. We moved 4 years ago to the middle of nowhere and I haven't made any close friends. What boot camp do you do? Is there a video or do you just go by the exercises? I loved the very no-nonsense style.
  • I'm just looking into Zumba... Yoga tends to make me yawn and I lose interest. :( The 10 min pilates videos work really well but they don't load on my cpu and our TV is normally taken over by the childrens. I like Lara Hudson though. Maybe i'll fit that in after they go to bed. jennyph2006 - I just did the Leslie walk…
  • I'm so sorry about your gram. :( Would a single pizza and wings hurt? Or would you want to do it again and again? I see no problem with one instance. Especially if you control quantity. Lots of virtual hugs to you through this rough time!
  • Not what you want to hear, but I'm going on 3 years... I did have two babies within 18 months though. Not sure if that makes it worse.
  • Hi everyone! I'm 24 with two kids, 2 and 4. I "settled" at 19 when I married my hubby. I have a house with a lot of land we hope to turn into a farm one day. We have two german shepherd mixes. :D I'm going back to school hopefully this coming semester for biology. Sometimes I wonder if I settled too early but then I look…
