Energy wise I'm ok, can't stay up round the clock anymore. Whoops meant to say Julyish. Sorry about that. I'm reading throught the link now. I added the extra cardio in about 3/4weeks ago. Thanks for the help so far. I measure out my food, instead of weighing. So amounts should be pretty acurate.

The program is suuuper intense, and eating to little you will feel like **** during the workouts, and cause your body to think it's pretty much starving. Pretty much whatever you just ate will be long gone by the time you finish with the workout.

I have done the 30DS while it was challenging it wasn't nearly hard enough and only lost about 3lbs while doing it. My only other issue with it is that I wish she would quit talking during the work outs and actually work out.
