thank you so much, i was getting very confused and now understand more. I think for years I have been brain washed with a 1200 Kcal diet to loss weight! I have never tried eating a few more healthy calories in conjunction wth my training. I am going to try this and see how it goes.

Why do i mentally feel that anything above 1300Kcal just feels to much. I don't lose weight easily. On non work out days should i stick to my BMR?

How are you all finding the switch? I have done WW for years and am slightly scared to switch over but ww isn't doing anything for me!

How important is it to eat any workout calories back? Just curious myself as I burn 500 a day so do I have to eat them? I also have 1200-1400 a day. Thanks

Thank you so much for the advice guys really appreciate it, think I will trial 1200 a day for a week and see how I go. You're right I should be more realistic and aim for 1lb a week loss.

Thanks everyone! Do you think 1200 Is a reasonable amount on a non exercise day considering I am pretty non active? Then I will adjust my cals on my work out days to reflect this.

Thanks everyone! It just seems crazy when I have 1.5 stone to lose and nothing shifts on the scale. But I can tell I'm losing something as clothes feel better.
