Great job! I too feel like this time is different. If you don't mind me asking what kind of clinic did you join? I visited a nutritionist a few times and though she was helpful to an extent she thought I was crazy for trying to lose weight while being a mom to 7. Like I should wait 20 years until they move out lol

Well done. I gained 100lbs with my 1st not joking. My husband was concerned and spoke to his mom about my weight and she told him to keep his mouth shut that I just had a baby. Lol. I'm 60lbs down from my 7th delivery 9 months ago. I'm thinking I might have to go under the knife for my mom tummy. It's driving me crazy. Pre pregnancy: 215 Delivery : 255+ Sw:6 weeks pp 236 CW: 197 GW: 145

We're very similar. I started at 236(after delivering my youngest at 255). I am currently 197. Next goal is 174 to not be in obese category. :)

How does your stomach work? My husband has Gastroparesis. Many throw up daily. Thankfully, he had a fundoplication surgery so he doesnt experience that symptom. But he got Gastroparesis from a botched surgery. If your stomach is processing slowly and you are vomiting. I would look into something like gastroparesis.

My first goal was pre baby7 weight. Hit that then lowest weight in several years hit that. Now onederland is my next goal. I would love to be at my wedding weight but thats 55lbs away.

I have yet to find nutritional yeast. I cook chicken in my crockpot and use it the same as you I'm eating some with buffalo sauce right now

Great update congrats on the baby. Babies make everything different about life don't worry about it. One day at a time. I just had my 7th in September and I'm the smallest I've been in at least 5 years and that's not saying much! You look fantastic!
