I feel you I am 57 and weighed 138 and now I am 149 sio 11 lbs it is hard to see the scale go up when you are working out but My midwife is happy with my weight gain so far and I am 23 weeks

Thanks all of you this really helps me feel better because I really feel a lot beater when I keep up good cardio so I did not know rhat I would do if I had to stop ! I do not feel as bad about the weight gain if I know that I am keeping everything healthy and fit as I can

hve slowed down on my working out But I try to get some in each day so far no weight gain

it is crazy how you can feel so huge but yet there is really no weight gain yet ! I have not gained anything yet either but I think I will gain around 20 when it is all said and done . because I work out hard but I am so hungry lol

If you drank water just before the neg test it was deluted .It needs to have time for the hormones to build up and show on a test

I add 500 calories burned from breast feeding and it adds what I need to my calorie in take
