I did the 20 minutes no problem.....but thought the same as you. I kept telling myself that whoever wrote the program knows what they are doing and that I guess my body can do it even if my brain says no. I have not stayed faithful to the program and I have not gone past week 5. Every couple of weeks I do one out of week 5…

my 11 year old plays ice hockey and has huge legs and butt.....so hard to find him clothes to fit. Bumping in case something on here will apply to him. I don't think they make "loose fit" in his size. :(

I did level 2 day 1 two days ago....I have a bad elbow, everything in the plank position.....hurts!, and it is starting to feel better today so maybe I will do the second day tomorrow.

My thighs hurt....feels like the muscles have been shredded! I have iced and I had taken advil. I still hurt....so I would like to know if anyone has a suggestion. I have stretched too so I might just need to rest for a few days. :(

I am on week 6 day 1.....honestly went to do it today and mentally wasn't into it today so I just ran 2 minutes at a time for a mile and quit. I am doing 30DS as well on alternating days. Feel free to add me as a friend

put 1lb chicken breast at bottom of crock pot sprinkle with 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp basil cover with a jar of spag sauce cook on low for 5 hours serve on pasta top with slice of mozerella cheese

I was wondering if it was supposed to be 30 straight days. I was going to try to do it that way but my body was soooo tired. I have taken 2 days off but ran one of them. I am going to get back with it today!

TMI ALERT.....Super Plus Tampon....Overnight pad.....eat a piece of chocolate and GO! I will have about 30 minutes before I have gone thru everything and that is just enough time to get a good walk or run in! Once you get started the slugishness goes away and you will feel so much better when you are done.

I am at then end of my 5th week on the treadmill. Just downloaded C210K.....I figure after I get comfortable I will raise the incline and eventually move outside.

I made it about 2 weeks ago......it is wonderful! My new favorite recipe.....I took all the seeds out of the peppers.....next time I will leave some in to give it a little heat!

Today is D3L1 for me....I watched the video before doing it for the first time and I thought I can't believe all these people are getting such great results it looks so easy......ummm....it is kicking my butt!

Twice a day.....when I get up and right before bed. If a big exercise day.....I also do it post shower to see if I lost.....if so drink lots of water!
