I just bought that peanut butter powder ...and it is fantastic...much less fat. A friend told me to just mix it with water...and voila! I don't know if you have ever had a nutritionist tell you what to eat if you are ravenous or not...but I was told a little natural sugar from fruit won't derail you. I've also been told if you are STARVING... have a lean protein portion...and drink a few glasses of water.
