Yes coffee is obviously not paleo but the diet the creator reccommends is similar to a paleo based diet.. Was lookin for some veteran bulletproof drinkers Thanks anyways

this is great guys, good tips! I see a lot of people leaning on light meals/no meals at all for the usual routine so i shall try running early in the mornings and see how they go.. cardio is challenging for me lol! ty again
