Bulletproof coffee? while not following paleo diet..

I just got my bulletproof coffee working today, I dont have grass fed butter (in ontario) but I am drinking it with MCT oil.
I read the diet Aspery (bulletproof creator) recommends and its Paleo. It tells me no more than 1-2 fruit servings a day, lots of protein and greens. Well, I am eating about 6-8 servings of fruit a day (Raw til 4) which means almost all carbs, no salt and limited fat. The diet he recommends says limited carbs.
Just wondering if anyone else is drinking bulletproof + MCT oil and not following a paleo diet.
Or possibly any tips/recommendations
Thank you!

There is nothing even remotely "Paleo" about bulletproof coffee.

Butter is not a paleo food. Coffee is not a paleo food. And mixing foods together that never even existed in the same place and time until modern days is most certainly not paleo.

If you want to eat it, eat it, but the notion that it fits any meaningful concept of "Paleo" is ridiculous.

Yes coffee is obviously not paleo but the diet the creator reccommends is similar to a paleo based diet..
