it has nothing to do with muscle 'weighs' more than fat because it doesnt....lol.....muscle weighs more than fat by volume so you can be the same weight or more or smaller and be different size because muscle is smaller than fat.

I think the boca burgers are to processed, have you taken a look at the label? Mainly onions and mushrooms as the ingredients among other unknown things lol I would totally go with something else. Even a can or pouch of tuna is better.

I totally get the car thing!! I walked 5 miles pushing my daughters stroller which is 15 lbs and then add her weight 32 took me an hour and a half and my HRM said I burned 980 calories......I can run the same 5 miles with out the stroller in 1 hour and burn 650 so I am totally sticking with it is not the same walk run burn…

Is that based on the average that you burn about 100 calories a mile? I dont see where it make sense? I would think it would have to do with each individuals own body. I person who is heavier I could see them burning more calories or the same on a 1 mile walk vs a 1 mile run, they have more body and fat to move around. A…

Pouch of tuna walnuts, macadamia etc Avocados coconut oil cucumbers carrots blueberries 1/2 cups has like 5g of sugar I think almond butter Those are some things we snack on

to cut my calories and eating junk, when I totally want a fast food burger I ditch the bun and eat the meat and cheese :) I also may do a side salad or fruit just depends

you can go as high as 1g per your weight.....it is fine. Protein is what keeps you full!

are you still taking your prenats or breastfeeding? Remember even tho 9 months seems like a long time, your body is still recovering from being preggers and giving your birth!! I wouldnt be concerned with going over your protein either. You can do 1g per your body weight. I eat up to 150g a day :happy:

the fat/cholesterol in eggs is good for you! Dont be afraid to eat it......I think any of that processed 'egg white' stuff is not good. Just read your labels, you are probably better of cracking the egg and separating the whites yourself, or just eating the whole egg!!

leave the excuses at the door :wink: lol giving a little tough love! Once a week try some thing new, a new veggie, meat, fish what ever and just go from there. You are only a picky eater in your head and it will keep holding you back from making better choices. Good Luck!

I do half before and half after then about an hour after eating it I have an awesome meal

it has taken me almost 2 months to loose my last 10 and I still have 3 to go LOL it all depends on your foods, and exercise. I have changed up my diet a bit and exercise. Good luck

I dont count calories as a whole more just watch my carbs......I do cycle my calories tho.

I think this is a huge stress for many plp, honestly I have done it all ways possible lol my trainer says to eat back about 85% which works for me. I started out not eating them back and lost about 7lbs, then I went to eating them and lost 20lbs, now I am on a new track that I eat when my body tells me and I have lost…

I started out that way and hit a plateau about 5 months in.......this way will not last forever :tongue:

YES EAT, PLEASE EAT!!! :laugh: the point of all this is not to starve yourself or decrease your calories that you cant function.....you work hard to burn the calories so eat them back! :wink:
