Totally had the same problem, I just started eating every 2-3 hours and eating food higher in calories. To me this was totally the fun part LOL instead of eating half an avocado I ate the whole thing! I just increased my serving sizes with most of my foods, and added in healthier fats.

I was gonna say wear some spanx lol after I had my daughter I wore one every day to help with the belly sag. I gained 50lbs during pregnancy so I had a belly for a while. I would also make sure you are drinking your water and get some oil olive oil and start rubbing it on your tummy. This should help with your skins…

nice job!! and I would have thought you were in a swim suit if you hadnt have said you underwear LOL

I would say carry them over per say but it is perfectly ok to calorie cycle...meaning eating more or way over one day and under another. Just keep you calories consistent on a weekly basis

Amen to that...Dont be scared of the FAT!!! Does a body and brain good

I dont know much about Atkins but I do eat a low carb high fat diet. I eat about 60% fat for the day that is usually about 140g or so and I also eat high protein, 1g per body weight. I try and keep my carbs at 50 or lower, so days its higher, I think it comes out to be about 10%. Your fat sounds pretty low for the day tho,…

First I will say this because it was said to me: Often, when you’re eating right and training hard, things don’t get “skinnier”, they change shape or just look better. Your skin glows & your facial features become more defined. Your waist looks narrower in relation to wider shoulders. Your arms may not be much “thinner”…

forget the cereal!!! Go for eggs and cottage cheese, mix the cottage cheese in when eggs are almost done  You can also add in a protein shake too
-
you need to make your diary public

fiber is very rough on your system I wouldn't recommend getting more fiber that way, stick with your veggies and add in some healthy fats. Coconut oil always gets me moving minus the bloating and gas :)
-
you could do that if you wanted, it is like calorie cycling....you eat the same amount of calories for a week you just have some days really high or low.
-
have you tried searching out some farmers markets in your area, or finding a local produce co-opt. Try and find some local farms, most of the time they are begging plp to buy their over stock of produce!! I love to shop at Sprouts, I dont know if they have one in your area, but their produce prices beat every store ive…

yes protein!! Either shake or bar or even a chicken breat, greek yogurt any thing that has a great amount of protein is awesome after a work out!
-
Gotta love those studies lol I think either way is good, and changing it up helps keep your body from plateau! I probably dont eat about 2 work outs a week and eat before the others
-
protein shake or bar...I eat half before I run and the other half right after. Fuel your body good, fruit and other things arent gonna give you the energy you need. You burn them off so fast and the sugars in them dont make for sustainable engery. You could also try some good fats, like avocado or nuts...good luck! I would…

haha the 'yall' made me look too!!

an apple can be more than one serving....try eating half of the apple instead. Going over fuirt sugars is just the same a going over in refined sugars. keep a balance with it, I dont eat fruit every day either, just because it is 'healthy' sugars doesnt mean to pig out.....31g is the recommended amount of sugar per day.…

exactly what I was gonna say!!

yes weights and heavy too lol I gauge mine that I can't do the last 2 or 3 of my set, keep you cardio too tho...also add more protein 1g per lb of your weight.
-
3lb difference is not that much, we naturally fluctuate, I can up to 5lb...I wouldnt weight myself but once a week the same day at the same time. It could also depend on how much water you are drinking, types of exercise you are doing, tons of things..oh and dont forget the good 'ole TOM LOL Deep breath! There are just so…

1200 seems like not enough.....but if you are that worried about the overage I would just go work out and wait to eat dinner until you figure out your burn. Took at look at your profile, you are 26 with a child already so I would up you activity level to moderate and go from there. I bet that will put you are 1400-1500…

mfp has some of the settings for those percentages a little off if you ask me. I have mine set to what I want them to be. However if you are worried about going over, cut out the pasta and rice, or cut the fruit. Find other foods that give you better carbs, like veggies. It all depends on your goals as well. And yes upping…
