I found something I really enjoy, actually I'm addicted to it. I love Zumba, I have been doing it for about two months and for the last month no weight loss. Maybe I should just do it twice a week and do something else like the treadmill and bike. I hate that you can find something you enjoy and get no results from it. This is so frustrating. This is the second plateau I have hit, the first one lasted for a month also. :( I am still eating right.

Weight loss is not always continous. I think it's pretty normal to hit "plateaus" from time to time when losing a lot of weight or when getting down to the last 5 - 10 lbs. I also do and love Zumba. You might trying adding some strength training, especially for your upper body which doesn't get as much work with Zumba as your lower. Maybe some dumbells work or pushups. Having more muscle will boost your metabolism.

First I will say this because it was said to me: Often, when you’re eating right and training hard, things don’t get “skinnier”, they change shape or just look better. Your skin glows & your facial features become more defined. Your waist looks narrower in relation to wider shoulders. Your arms may not be much “thinner” but may be more shapely. Your butt may not get much smaller, but it starts to defy gravity. You stand up straighter & walk with confidence

Second, sounds like you are doing a lot of cardio, throw in a few days with some weights

definitely change up your workout. start incorporating strength training. if you have an iPhone, i LOVE the Nike Training Camp app.. they have great workouts. make sure you're eating enough calories.. your NET cals should be close to 1200.
