Are you trying to lose your LAST 5 pounds? Because if so, that is a very different story. Read Jillian Michaels' "Making the Cut." It's all about losing the last few pounds (which can seem impossible to finally get off).

I find that the cardio intervals are pretty intense, and they're meant to be that way. I felt uncomfortable in my body and my clothes all the time. I felt gross. Like a lot of people are saying, I didn't want to go shopping and buy a larger size. That was it for me.

I find it better not to deprive myself. I have some days when I go over calories, but most of the time I can fit my treat foods into my calorie allowance. If it makes you feel better, get in a really crazy workout tomorrow!

I wouldn't start something new that's too strenuous if you're already pregnant. That's always the advice I've been given.

The act of sweating doesn't burn a ton more calories or make you lose more weight (actual body fat) than your actual workout. Make sure you are rehydrating and getting enough electrolytes to replace what you've needlessly lost using that suit. Coconut water is a great source of potassium.

Count fruits!!! I always thought that was crazy that on WW you could eat unlimited fruits. What if someone just ate bananas or grapes or pineapple all day? I mean, they're full of vitamins and are so good for you, but eating them in unlimited quantities will not help weight loss. That is so much sugar, even if it's natural…

You can thank genetics for that one. I know that no matter how much weight I lose, my arms will still look fat compared to everything else (and my boobs will be small). Even though you can't spot reduce fat, your genetics make you hold on to some areas more than others.

What kind of question is this? What weight is best? You realize that women who weight 150 pounds at different heights are going to look completely different. What do you want people to tell you?

I agree with this. And a lot of vegetarians who aren't intelligent about nutrition replace meat calories with a lot of processed foods.

I'm pregnant! 21 weeks. I exercise when I feel up to it, which is crazy because I was so much more active before getting pregnant and being exhausted all the time. My doc wants me to gain 25 pounds which is scary to me, but I want a healthy baby so I'm going my best to stay healthy now too.

You need to lose weight for yourself, not to make your boyfriend happy (sounds like you don't even need to lose weight, by the way). He's being manipulative...or insecure, I'm not sure which. I wouldn't want to stay with a guy who might cheat with a "skinny girl" the second I gained over 5 pounds.

Sorry I can't offer you any advice because I have the same concern-- I'm 16 weeks right now. My doctor wants me to eat 2300, but I'm barely making 2000 most days. Still gaining weight, though. I also go over on carbs because I am eating a TON of fruit! Looking for suggestions as well.

Drink enough water so your pee looks like lemonade. Not apple juice...Not coming through as clear as water. It'll be different for every person.
