I started low carb high fat today no dairy as well. I was doing it for weeks but could not reduce weight so now I am here also watching my calories. Does anyone know the proper ratio fat/carb/protein and also isn't difficult to stay within the allotted calories while eating so much fat?

Find out the name brand of the machine then google it for the contact info. Call the company and ask them the weight limit.

Thank you. I looked up TDEE minus 20% that leaves me with 1700 calories. Yikes I will go for it and give it a few weeks. I had been eating around 1200 on most days.

Helpful hint already presented...it is impossible to input the calories without a kitchen scale and measruring utensils. Impossible! Sure, processed foods have the calories on the labels but when it says for example 1 cup of cereal for 100 calories you must get out a measuring cup and not just pour it in a bowl. You MUST…

When you are tracking your food portions be sure to measure and weigh your food so you are getting the calories correct. It takes a long time to "eye" a portion and understand just how much anything is...it is impossible to get this right without weighing and measuring. You must have measuring utensils and a kitchen scale…

Good luck to you and glad to be friends. My goal weight is the same as yours and height 5'4" and 1200 cal a day as well. Support will be key especially the food tracking.

hit the search link ritght above this box and ask your question...you'll get all kinds of input. once you reach your goal weight you will be eating less calories so you will really need your exercise calories to fee comfortable.

I was thinking the same thing. Just started a little over a week ago and lost close to 7 pounds my first week. It was not that hard love the tracking, that is key for me. Support will be a plus. I have about 30 pounds to lose. ; )) Add me, too. ; ) Thank you. ; )
