If you own a good heart ratell monitor and is reputable for accuracy...one with a chest strap then go with that, never mind app connect devices. Chest strap hrm is the best way to go!

Oh and if you don't have a good hrm you should get 1 to help you see what your calorie burns are more accurately during cardio, and while on a low calorie diet a lean protein supp should be added to your daily intake to help prevent muscle loss that comes with fat loss if your nutrition isn't on par :happy:

I agree with the hand wraps, traditional wraps and a hybrid glove wraps areuch better and help keep your wrists protected from sprains if you have built strength,as for me I only use foam wrap followed by athletic tape , no gloves unless called for like in a figh, but the gel wraps r complete crap!
