Now i'm from the country so this may get some snickers but when i'm starving and out of cals i eat a good ole can of Turnip Greens. I think its like 80 cals for the whole can and its filling. Only thing it is you well be very very regular in the morning.

Thanks for the replies, i am doing much better today. I have only had about 550 calories today and i will be doing about 45 minutes of calisthenics tonight. depends on how fit you currenlty are. I would just get out and run 3 miles at say a 10 minute mile pace just to see where you are. If that seems easy you could start off mid program. you may have lost more, your number body weight has alot of factors that can change for the better or worse. Also make sure you weigh at the same time every week, i do it as soon as i wake up. just remember it's easy to workout once you get to the gym. i sometimes drive myself there angry the entire time b/c i want to be on my couch. Just get there, i hate to qoute tony horton, but "JUST KEEP PUSHING PLAY" lol. It may be dumb but it works :)

depends on what you are doing tom. i sometimes eat rice snacks late, but only on days i'm slightly carb loading to run.
